Biography: 

Faith graduated from The Ohio State University in 2021 with a B.S. in Animal Sciences and minors in Human-Animal Interactions and Education. Currently, Faith is pursuing a Master of Science in Animal Sciences as a CHAIRE Graduate Student working with Dr. Kelly George. Her master’s research focuses on determining the effect of educational programming on the welfare of animals used as educational resources, while also quantifying the educational value of the human-animal experience.

Faith has gained professional experience in animal care, animal welfare and education working with zoological institutions, wildlife centers and science museums such as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, the Ohio Wildlife Center, the Center of Science and Industry and the Turtle Back Zoo. She is looking forward to working with CHAIRE and helping to support its mission.
