Biography: 

Madeline graduated from The Ohio State University in 2019 with a B.S. in Zoology and a minor in Chinese. As an undergraduate student, she was involved with CHAIRE through the Human-Animal Interactions Club and the South Africa: Exotic Animal Behavior and Welfare study abroad program. Madeline is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Animal Sciences under the advisement of Dr. Kelly George. Her research is focused on zoo animal behavior and welfare, as well as the impact of human-animal interactions within a zoo setting.
